- Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered or access has been granted
- Due to the digital nature, products are non-returnable
Consulting & Services
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellation requests may not be accepted
- Missed sessions without prior notice may be considered non-refundable
Physical Products
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
- Return eligibility (if applicable) depends on product condition and approval
Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered if:

- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video)
Products must be unused and in original condition for approval.

Non-Refundable Situations
