Welcome to Pradhan’s FinTech. This Agreement outlines the terms under which you access, purchase, and use our digital products, courses, services, consulting, physical products, and cashback benefits.

By accessing or purchasing from our platform, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Scope of Services

Pradhan’s FinTech provides:

Digital products (eBooks, tools, templates, resources)
Online courses and learning programs
Consulting and financial guidance services
Freelance services (content writing, video editing, and digital services)
Physical products (such as T-shirts, where applicable)

All offerings are educational, informational, or service-based, and no guaranteed results are promised.

User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree that:

You will provide accurate and complete information
You will not misuse, copy, or redistribute our content or services
You will use the platform only for legal and ethical purposes

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

Services

For services such as:

Content Writing
Video Editing
Other Digital Services

The following terms apply:

Scope of work will be defined before starting
Delivery timelines will be communicated in advance
Limited revisions may be provided (if agreed)
Work is considered complete upon final delivery/approval

We do not guarantee performance, engagement, or financial results from such services.

Courses & Digital Products

Delivered online via dashboard, email, or platform access
Access is granted after successful payment
Content is for personal use only
Copying, sharing, or reselling is strictly prohibited

Cashback Policy

We may offer promotional cashback (e.g., “Up to 90% Cashback”) on selected courses, products, or services. This cashback is provided as a real monetary benefit, subject to the following terms:

Cashback Nature

Cashback is real cash value
It is first credited to the user’s wallet/account after:
- Successful purchase, and
- Completion of required conditions (such as course completion, if applicable)

Usage of Cashback

Users can use the cashback balance to:

Purchase courses
Buy digital products or services
Pay for consulting or services

Cashback can be used partially or fully, depending on system rules.

Withdrawal of Cashback

Users may request withdrawal of unused cashback
If no request is made:

After 30 days, the cashback amount will be automatically transferred to the user’s original payment method or registered bank account (subject to valid details and eligibility)

No Expiry Policy

Cashback does not expire immediately
A 30-day usage or withdrawal cycle applies:
- Use within 30 days, OR
- Automatic transfer after 30 days

Important Conditions

Users must provide correct bank/payment details
Cashback is processed only after verifying eligibility
Misuse, fraud, or manipulation may result in:
- Cashback cancellation
- Account suspension

Final Decision

All cashback-related decisions are at the sole discretion of Pradhan’s FinTech.

Payments & Pricing

All prices are displayed on the website and may change without notice
Payment must be completed before access or service delivery
We do not guarantee financial or business results

Refund & Cancellation

Governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital products are generally non-refundable
Services follow defined cancellation rules

Intellectual Property

All content and materials are the property of Pradhan’s FinTech

Users may not:

Copy or reproduce content
Resell or distribute materials
Use content for commercial purposes without permission

Limitation of Liability

Pradhan’s FinTech shall not be held liable for:

Service outcomes or expectations

Modification of Services

Termination
